Square terminal/reader won’t accept contactless payments…
keeps saying the contactless limit has been reached on this card.
has happened 4/5 times in a row so isn’t the customer’s card. All different cards and customers
any ideas?

I don't have access to your payment history though so in this case I would suggest getting in touch with our support team to see if we have any additional information here
Hi @Sneakers, sorry to hear that you're having some trouble.
The contactless limit is currently £100, anything at that price or under should go through fine. It would indicate that the block is on the customer's end, but I understand that this has happened a few times.
Can you tell me more about your set-up? Is this happening to in-person payments on both the Square Terminal and Reader? Do you process any online sales?

the amounts have been under £100.00.
set up is just the app and using phone for contactless. I also tried to use the reader. Same thing happened.
no online sales.
