My phone keeps disconnecting from my reader

Welcome to the Community, @Cyla - 

I have a set of some troubleshooting steps for your Contactless Reader to help with your connection issue you're experiencing. Give these a try with the hard reset being the last resort. 

If none of these work, please let me know!
