Square appointments is creating new accounts for a lot of customers each time they make a booking. This means we go to look for their history and it isn’t there. Then we have to manually merge it and then of course it only merged some info so then it’s lost.
Surely in 2023 there is a way when they go to book an appointment it would check first if there was an account or not…..
