Looks like an easy fix here, @ShearAntics!
The variable shown in the screenshot above is missing a { and currently reads as:
{reservation.date_start}} rather than {{reservation.date_start}}
Let me know here if you're still seeing something funky after you've added the second bracket to the front of the variable 😊
