Hi @joskenlife. Unfortunately, that’s a question that requires a few other questions to answer properly.
- How did they do the prepayment? As a payment to something you rang up on your POS? As an invoice? Via an online store transaction that you allowed them to select only a pre-payment item?
- Are they coming in to bring you the balance? Have they sent it to you already? Are you wanting to send them an invoice?
There are too many variables to answer you accurately, so please fill in the blanks and I’ll have an answer quickly!
