I have received lots of complaints that people can’t check out on my sons site. Getting stuck on a ‘Hang on we’re almost there’ screen or three dots continuously going up and down. Any ideas?

Also apply pay is enabled by doesn’t appear on the checkout.

I merged another post regarding the same issue into this one. In the future, please only post once per topic, so the volunteers and moderators can reply to posts more efficiently. 

Took a look at the site and was able to load the checkout page with no issues! Sometimes, if your Square account isn't fully verified before your site is published, customers will encounter an error. If this was the case, it looks like it's all in working order now, but let me know if issues continue.
