I'm setting up our website for the first time and testing different options, so far when I click on an item to add it to the shopping cart it only works on the desktop, every time I try on the mobile browser (android or iPhone) it shows the shopping cart as empty, but on desktop it takes me all the way to the check out screen.
Does anyone know of a way to fix this?

Got it! Thanks for adding that context. Is it possible that there is a pending software update for either your mobile browser or your device itself? This can often create performance glitches with the Online Store.
