Change business to medical

I need to change my business type to medical. In order to accept FSA and HSA payments. How do i do that?

You'll need to reach out to our Support Team for assistance if you’re having trouble accepting payment cards and you believe it’s because your business is incorrectly classified.

We, unfortunately, can't make changes to an account here in the Community, and although you're given the opportunity to select your business type during sign-up, this cannot be changed later on your Dashboard.

Greetings I was wondering if i need to change my business over to a medical so i can accept HSA/FSA spending accounts even if they have a visa logo on the card. Im just wanting to make sure my business is set up properly before i start accepting Medical wig clients.

Hi @1Glamshop ! I moved your message from our Feedback Discussion board to this thread. Short answer- yes. You'll need to change your business to "medical", and you'll need to contact our support team in order to do that.
