Card on file not showing as an option on POS.

We have a couple of regulars, and always had their card on file.  Not it's not showing as an option on the POS.  I can run the sale on the desktop using card on file, however the option is missing on the POS.  Any ideas?

First, let's check to make sure you have Card on File enabled on your Point of Sale:

  1. Sign in to your point of sale app and tap ☰ More > Settings > Checkout > Customer management.
  2. Under Save a Card on File, toggle on In the Customer Profile.
  3. Optionally toggle on After checkout to save cards after checkout.
