This morning, the square terminal kept declining a card during the swipe. It didn't have a chip.
We ended up manually entering the card number in the terminal and it accepted it.
It is the first time. Not sure if there is something we need to look for.

Try these steps for payment issues.
If that doesn't work - another issue could be an issue with the customer's card too.
