Can't enter Cc numbers manually anymore , is square having trouble

You can always check issquareup.com to see any system issues, and as of my post I'm not seeing anything listed.
When you say you can't enter CC numbers manually, where exactly is the problem occurring:
-You can type the numbers but Square isn't accepting them. Chances are that there's a digit entered incorrectly. Square won't let you continue if the numbers aren't part of the standard card numbers.
-The option for manual payments isn't available. The manual cc entry option may have been disabled or moved. Go to More -> Settings -> Checkout -> Payment. Look for Manual Credit Card Entry. Use the six dots on the left to move that type up to the Main Payment Types
-Offline mode. You can't run manual card transactions when you're not connected to the internet.
If one of those reasons aren't the problem, please let us know what errors you're seeing and we will continue to troubleshoot.
When you tap where you enter the numbers it will not come up or let you type anything
@Carlosbuddy Okay. I want to make sure I'm on the same screen as you. Are you looking at a blue screen with the option to tap on it? If so, try hitting the left arrow in the upper left of that screen. That will take you to the list of the payment types. You may need to enter your passcode if you have security enabled to get past the blue screen.
If you're on a phone or device that doesn't have a reader connected to it, can you send a screen shot of what you're seeing? On my screen I don't have the manual option visible. I have to hit the More option to see it. Perhaps that's what is happening for you?
Also, when is the last time you did a software update? A lot of times back end updates can cause some pretty odd behavior if you're not running the latest version of the program.
I'm on reloaded rebooted and made sure that manual entry is on
