Cant get shipping to turn on

Ive spent 5 hours here trying to get shipping to turn on in my online site - no matter what I do, all it shows is pickup. (which is unavailable). In the main app, under Fulfillment and "Shipping", I eventually worked out you had to set up a Shipping Profile, which Ive called "Books", but I cant see any way to turn this shipping profile on for my items. On the items, I have tagged only "Shipping" under Fulfilment - but - no go, only Pickup shows.

Thanks for reaching out to flag this with us - That sounds frustrating!

Can I get you to double-check the fulfilment settings for your Site Items by using the Bulk Edit feature instead?

To do this, navigate from your Square Online Overview page to Items > Site Items. Select all items by clicking the check box above your items. Next, select Bulk Edit in the top-right corner. Select Set Fulfilment and then ensure that only Shipping is selected. Select Set Fulfilment again to save changes and close.

As an additional step, you can disable the Pickup fulfilment method by navigating to Pickup & Delivery and disabling this option.

After making the above changes, publish your site and let me know whether these changes are reflecting as expected on your live site.
