Cant divert domain

Hello customer service dont answer my tickets.

Can you please help , its been several days and I cant get my domain name registered with namecheap to divert over to my square site .

We have tried all methods but it keeps getting blocked by square .

At the end of my tether!!!!

Looking for some clarification here. When you say "divert" do you mean forwarding? Do you want the domain you purchased on NameCheap to forward to your Square site? 

It looks like our Support Team also provided some information on how to transfer in your domain as well that I will provide below: 

To transfer in your domain:

1. From your Square Online Overview page, go to Website > Domains.
2. Select Connect domain.
3. Under Use a domain I own elsewhere, type in the domain name you want to transfer and select Verify.
4. Select transfer your domain and follow the step-by-step instructions.

Most domain transfers will take approximately 7-10 days to complete. We recommend you connect your third-party domain to your Square Online site first before you transfer, as this greatly helps minimise any potential down time for your site while the domain is transferring.

Note: At this time, we can only accept ‘.com’, ‘.net’ and ‘.org’ domains for transfer. All other domains hosted by third parties can be connected to your website. Learn more about transferring your domain name to Square.
