Cannot fill in Credit Card info from Home computer but works for everyone else

I recently made an on-line donation link. When I attempt to test it, the credit card info box will not open to fill in info. However if I send the link to someone else it works. Why does it not work on the computer I made it with but works for everyone else.?

Hmmm. Are you getting a specific error message or are you just unable to enter any card info? Let me know 👩🏼‍💻

I'm having the same issue. The cursor doesn't even let me click on the credit card box. Desperately looking for a solution.

Just a few questions here, What browser are you using when trying this?  Chrome always works best just to advise 😊.

Let me know what errors you are seeing as well so we can troubleshoot further.

Thanks for posting, Frida.

I'm currently using Google Chrome although I've tried on both Firefox and Edge without any success.

I'm not getting any error message just the box doesn't allow me to enter the card number.

Gotcha, thanks for providing that tid bit of info @Frumguy. Edge currently is not a supported browser, however Chrome is.

 

Have you tried clearing the cache, cookies, ect from chrome?

Unfortunately, now after I click on the "Charge" button, the screen reads "Processing" with the circle revolving forever... I guess it wasn't fixed, after all.
