Cancelling subscription

Hi there -

I'm not thrilled with my Square ecommerce site and would like to transfer to a different platform. However, I have paid for the full year and that has over 6 months to run until renewal.

Could anyone tell me if I would be able to get a partial refund on what I have paid?
