Hi, I cancelled my Weebly subscription as I have built my website on another platform. I am still using Square as a payment option on my new site. Unfortunately I am still receiving emails from Square online saying that my site has been unpublished due to non payment and what I need to do to reactivate it. I don’t want to reactivate the site, I just want it gone and the emails to stop. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I assumed by cancelling it, it would have been the end of it.

I'm sorry to hear you're continuing to receive these emails after cancelling your plan.
Are you continuing to receive these emails since writing in? And how many emails have you received about renewing your plan since cancelling?
I took a brief look at our sent emails to your address but couldn't locate any records of reactivation emails. It's possible that these emails were sent outside of Square's standard email notifications.
The first thing we can try is to have you search for an 'Unsubscribe' option for this particular email notification. If you don't see an option to 'Unsubscribe', please let me know in your reply and I'll get my team to take a closer look at this for you.

Hi, I unsubscribed from ALL emails yesterday at my new email address in Square (it said that my preferences were updated) and this morning I received another two emails , one regarding payments and one to set up my online catalogue, so I went back in AGAIN an unsubscribed to all emails…Can’t seem to make it stop!
