I recently made an account and got the Plus membership along with a two week free trial. However I had a hard time putting together a website and overall it was frustrating. I want to cancel before I'm charged but I can't see my subscription anywhere or any way to cancel this. It's extremely frustrating and I don't want to pay for a service that's not meeting my needs. I just want to cancel and the fact it's so difficult to find how to cancel is angering. I've seen some answers where it says to go to your account and my subscriptions but under my account there is nothing about my subscription so I can't do anything.
So if you want to cancel your subscription you should be able to follow these steps to get to your subscriptions settings.
Login to square.com from a browser.
Head to Settings > Accounts & Settings
You will then want to click on Business Information and then scroll down to Pricing & Subscriptions. You should then see a spot to "manage" your current subscriptions where you can cancel it from there.
