I'm finding employees are deleting items from tabs to give people free drinks/food. Is there a way to limit who can delete items? Or, is there an audit trail to show what items were deleted daily?
@VoodooNK I think this is under editing open checks.
It is under Team Permissions ----> Checkout ----> Open Tickets -----> "Delete or void saved items in open tickets"
This will create that void/delete trail you are looking for. You can then track who does it under what log in number and have the transactions print on another printer when they are voided even.
