Can we generate custom code to embed for email signups in AU?

Why is it we don't have the option to generate the embedded signup code for customer email collection in AU ? I notice it's available in the US, and I need to do something similar on my own website.

The only option is a custom link which takes the customer to a very sparse and badly formatted page.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention - I'd like to reach out to the eCom team directly to see if this can be done in the Australian market, or if it's on the way to be added. Can you let me know where you read about the signup codes for email collection? I've also reached out to our team in the US but likely won't hear back until their am.

I'm about to launch a new website and would be really good to be able to do this. I believe I can still achieve the same outcome using the API and hand coding, but frustrating as it seems it's already done.

I see what you mean- being in Australia, I also miss these sections in my test account, while my colleague in the US explained the process to me via their account. I'm waiting to confirm if there is a particular reason this isn't available in Australia yet - I have a feeling data privacy laws might be at play here but will loop back once I have a more definitive answer @lawnbrook 🙂

Apologies for taking a few days to get back to you @lawnbrook - It looks like this is currently a feature request, which I've raised with our eCom team internally. I'd still recommend submitting this to our ideate board as well, so we can track demand and demonstrate how many sellers want this feature in Australia!
