Can't reset password, Getting a 400 Error

This is not the account in question. I had to make a new account in order to ask my question. Why is their no customer service number?! Your directions on the phone number I could find tell me to log in but I can't. I had to make this new account in order to ask this question. 

This morning my terminal was logged out. I attempted to log back in but got a password/email is incorrect. I clicked the link for reset password and I am receiving the emails to reset my password however when I attempt to open the link to reset my password on desktop, laptop, or phone I get a page with a 400 Error, not the option to reset my password. 

Please help me.

Sigh. This is still an issue for the 400 error but apparently my password was reset earlier by the business partner. Never-mind.
