Can’t find funds from manual card entry charge

I took a manual card entry credit charge that was excepted and even shows that it was deposited but it’s been 2-3 hours and the money never showed up in my balance. The transaction doesn’t show up under activity either but when I go under the transaction settings, it does show very frustrated. Please help.

Hi Jeffgeorge,

 

Do you normally see funds in your bank account balance right away ?   Just curious.  There is an option for instant transfer which you can enable for a fee.   We just use the basic services and regardless of the type of transaction, we see the funds within 24 to 48 hours depending on the timing, i.e., holidays and/or weekends.   Best option if the funds don't show is to contact Customer Service as a rep can look into the details - that's something that one cannot do via the Community.

Maybe a little more info and clarification would help.

what do you mean it even shows that it was deposited?  In your bank account, in Square, it was taken from your customer account?  because then you say it doesn't show up in your balance.  I'm not sure what"activity" it doesn't show up under but does under transaction settings.

all transactions will show up here, https://squareup.com/dashboard/sales/transactions If you do not see it here then it wasn't completed or it was taken in a different account than the one you are currently logged in to.
