Can't find a payout

I can't find a payout transaction. All I have is the amount and the transaction ID. It shows up in Quickbooks, but I can't find it in Square. The amount doesn't make sense, so I think it might be combining multiple transactions, and I need to trace it.

When you say "payout" are you referring to a "cash in/cash out" transaction, or a refund?

If a refund, go to your transactions and set the filters like this - 

If it's a "cash out" transaction, I believe those are visible in the cash drawer reports.

Which type of payout are you referring to?
