can two iPads be linked up to one square account? Or do they get treated as two seperate accounts?
How does the money side of things happen? Can all payments go to the one bank account?

Yes you can have multiple devices associated with you square account.
In our business, for instance, I have 2 iPads, a Square Register, and 2 Square terminals.
The definition of bank accounts and how fund are sent if a backed dashboard function and is completely separate to the front end POS.

@lawnbrook is bang on the money here and you can be logged into the same Square account on multiple devices simultaneously.
As long as each device is paired with the same location all payments will be sent to the same bank account. When you sign up to Square you will be asked to link a bank account to your Square account in order to receive your transfers. By default, you will be on the automatic next-day transfer schedule when signing up for Square. If you do want to change the schedule in which you receive your funds, check out our transfer options here.
As an additional step, you can create multiple locations and link the same or different bank accounts to each of your locations if that is your preference.
