Can not get into email or workspace

Just set up a new Squareup account and website (I already have google workspace), when trying to access my email, google asks for password, I use the password the computer remembers when I ran through the setup, however this does not work, I use the rest password option, however when I get to the end it says google has sold this domain to a 3rd party get in touch with them to resolve issue, I go back to square and get stuck in the same loop.

further info - I already have a google workspace, but I purchased another via square thinking this maybe the issue but, that doesn't seem to have done anything.

Hey @gazzagee, thank you for your post, and welcome to the Seller Community!

 

Do you have a screenshot or video recording of what you are seeing on the screen when you try to log in, such as any error messages? Are you seeing the google message about the domain on the Square Account or the Google Workspace side? Do you have multiple Square accounts, are you possibly using the wrong credentials to log into the account?

 

Any additional information you can provide on this will help me get to the bottom of this and find a fix. Thanks!
