Can I ask is my shop working getting enquiries through but no orders fro a while people ringing instead but one one admin said it was showing ad unpublished confused as it showing accepting orders
Hey @Wildbotanicals, sorry to hear you're having some issues.
I was able to open up your site this morning and add an item to the basket for pickup, I didn't do shipping as I'm not sure what your current shipping radius is.
I didn't fully proceed with the order but everything looks to be working, however, if you are unsure I would suggest placing an order yourself and then refunding it.

Hi yes I did what you said and it works just refunded myself back. But I think what's stopping people ordering is the shop page takes ages to load at the moment the products just flash before they load 🤔

I had a look on Safari on my phone and Chrome on my desktop and I didn't notice any particularly slow load times. I had a similar post here which ran through some steps to check, if you could take a look and ensure your images meet the required guidelines and let me know?

I have asked a few people why they are not ordering online it's too slow loading and the delivery addresses weren't accepted is this something that can be sorted as actually losing sales by the sounds of it alot of errors in checkout
Thanks, @Wildbotanicals, as I mentioned, sometimes this can be a result of your image size so we would need to first rule that out.
Delivery addresses not being accepted sounds to be a separate issue and we would need some examples of addresses this occurred with and screenshots of the exact error message along with some other details so that we can look into this.
Our Square Online team would need those details in order to be able to try and replicate the issue.
In cases like this, it would be best to reach out to our support team directly so that can run through some troubleshooting with you and then escalate the case if needs be, so that we can get this resolved as soon as possible. Thanks!
