I am training my sister into creating invoices, we open up several but deleted the drafts. now its not letting me go back to the number I left off on because it is telling me I have already used the number id.
Hello @sspressurewashi! Hopefully I can help clarify what's happening.
There's not a way to use the same Invoice ID for multiple invoices, even after you've archived or deleted drafts of certain invoices. Sorry for the trouble! A new Invoice ID will be automatically created each time.
