Can I use a customer display on an older Square register?

Hello. I am wondering if I can use a customer display reader with my older Square register? I saw a toolkit that you can buy that looks like it would make it work. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Hello @tammy1973 -  I want to make sure I understand your question. Are you trying to use another kind of brand that is not the one that comes with our Square register? This article may also help.

I have a square stand that is a few years old and am wanting to update my reader to the new customer display without having to buy a whole new register.
