I have recently changed over to Square Appointments. I manually entered all my clients from my old system (Took many hours) I gave them the new online booking link. They go in and make an appointment and every single time I go in there are duplicate customers. But 95% of them the details are exactly the same. Why doesn’t the system see they are already a customer.
I mean it’s not a huge thing to merge you get notification most of the time that there two but it’s still frustrating to have to do it every time you open the app.
Also MINIMIZE GAPS feature would be great

Just to make sure I am understanding correctly, Appointments is just duplicating the customer file itself not the Appointment, correct?
As well as, by "minimize gaps," could you elaborate a bit more on what you mean by that?
