CC Authorisation contract with partial CC number

When customers add a saved credit card, there is a downloadable form for credit card authorisation which does not include the full credit card number. This is my preferred method of gathering information because the client uploads their details themselves and I don't have to as strongly concerned about security on my end.

I am looking at Square's new contracts - but I can't find a template which has the partial credit card number as a field. It would be helpful to have this as an option.

Does this exist?

Although the credit card authorisation form and contract template look slightly different, I can assure you that the full number of the client's credit card is concealed on both versions, showing only the PAN (the last four numbers of the credit card). Square will also conceal the client's CVV and billing postcode associated with their credit card. 

So when you receive your signed copy of their contract, there is no risk of personal information being shared with your business. I recommend sending a credit card authorisation contract to yourself so you can see how Square works to protect your client's information.
