Hi. You should see < and > icons on each photo of your slideshow.

You may need to use the layout with an image and three thumbnails underneath.

Hi thanks - there doesnt seem to be any icons at all? It’s on a white background - it that the problem?  I’ve got lots of pics underneath. Was hoping to add an image to show scroll thumbnails forwards and backwards - is this possible? Thanks again

Hi again - just tried with dark background and no < or >. Odd. Are they meant to be on main image or thumbnails ?

Hey @AlexA3! Thanks for your post and welcome to the community!

Out of curiosity, is your website built on Weebly or on Square Online? As @tonydow showed above, you should be able to add a slide show directly from Square Online Overview Page > Website > Edit site > +Add section > Photo Gallery > choose the slideshow.

Can you try the steps above and let me know how you get on? I'll escalate this further if it doesn't work for you.

Hi - many thanks for your reply. I built my website on Weebly and the slide show is working fine. I just wondered if it’s possible to add a forward and backwards button (of my own) next to the single line of thumbnails?

Thanks @AlexA3. Apologies for the misunderstanding. Since I'm not too familiar with the website builder on Weebly, I'll ask a member of our team who is more familiar with the product to check if what you're asking is possible. I'll get back to you once I know more.

Hi @AlexA3, just following up for Skyler here.

The Square Online team came back and let us know that at this time, the slideshow element doesn't allow you to move the arrows right next to the thumbnails, unfortunately.

They suggested that you can manoeuvre around with the slideshow layout by clicking on the slideshow > there you can edit the navigation and transition styles to see if there is another slideshow layout that may prefer.

You can also take to look at our App Center to see if there is a slideshow app that you may be able to integrate into your site for more customisation.

I hope this helps!
