Upon reaching out to my hosting company, I received an email that said the following.
"
I have verified that we are not blocking those urls, and your ssl appears to be setup correctly.
On the settings page I checked the box to turn on the debug logging and when I visit the Square tab the debug log does have two locations in it. Here is a sample of the one you are probably wanting to set:

@theupgrade Have you contacted the WooCommerce Support Team? They should be able to investigate this further if the troubleshooting steps outlined by @WooPhil haven't done the trick.
