So I’m in my off-season now, preparing for the 2024 ice cream season. I’ve been adding some new items and doing general item catalog maintenance. When I went to my Discounts list, I noticed that there are lots (and I mean LOTS!) of discounts that I did not add, and most of them are duplicated again and again and again. Scanning through them, they seem to be my Loyalty Program rewards (both those from last season and the new ones that I just entered for this season but haven’t used yet.)
I’m adding a video showing what I’m seeing. I was going to bring them up one by one and delete the unneeded ones, but that could be dangerous, it could be wrong, and it would take forever. Please review the video, spoof my account dashboard and see for yourself, whatever. Just let me know what the heck is going on!

I was able to view the video of this behavior. I looked through some of the issues that were flagged over the weekend but didn't find anything related to discounts. I've just reached out to our Advance Support Engineers to see if there is an open issue related to this or if they recommend that we file a new support ticket to investigate this further.
I'll follow up with you here once I receive an update. Thanks for your patience in the meantime 🙏
Follow up. Interestingly, when I go into my Restaurants POS app and pull up the discount list, all of those unknown discounts do NOT show up. So, whatever is going on is just going on in the dashboard, not in the apps (so far).

I couldn't load the video, but I'm going to restart my computer and try again. I also check to see if there's any known issues regarding your report.

Yes, it has been a while. I am hopefully in my last day of Covid isolation. I came down with it last Friday complete with some pretty intense symptoms. Ten days, and a dose of Paxlovid, later I think I’m at the end of it, finally. I take another test tomorrow. it better be negative!!!

Thanks @_Violet. I’ll add a little more to the weirdness. Today I was making some changes to my Menu layout on the Restaurants POS. When I looked at the discounts list that could be added to the grid, all of those discounts are listed (see screen shot 1). But, as I mentioned earlier, if I try to add a discount to a transaction in the Restaurants POS, none of those weird discounts are listed. So, this issue seems to be localized to the online dashboard, only, as far as I can see.

I received a reply from the ASE Team: "These were from Loyalty. Loyalty rewards are supposed to be hidden from the Discounts page. I don't believe the Seller deleted them, rather, the issue resolved itself. Likely a temporary issue/outage. If it happens again we can take a look. At this point I would say no need to file a support ticket."
Please let me know if this issue occurs again or if you are seeing any other strange behavior.
Thanks, @_Violet. Sure enough, they are gone now and I did not delete them. I guess it was just bad timing on my part! I appreciate the reply and the confirmation of my suspicions.
