Hi! I am trying to take a payment from a customer in Brazil and it keeps declining. The customer assured me they have authorized international charges and checked the details of the card number and zip code. I'm guessing the problem is with the zip code. It is an eight digit code and I have entered all 8 digits, the first 5 digits, his old zip code in 8 digits and then 5 digits, and even tried 00000. Can you give me any other suggestions to make this transaction work?
I'd suggest giving our Customer Success team a call and see if they can help you troubleshoot this further. If you have exhausted other options on this card, I'd be curious if the billing zip code wasn't the issue.
They can definitely help you get some idea of what is happening.
