Blocked time not showing after appointments

We use Square Calander and online scheduling.  We have all our services set up to block off an extra hour after each appointment.  Worked great until recently, the extra hour just stopped showing up on our calendar.  I've checked all our services, the "block extra time" buttons are still on and set for an hour.  Anyone else having this issue?  Know how to fix it?

Hi @LauraDyer! Is the extra time not showing up on both the Appointments app and the calendar on the Online Dashboard?

 

If it's happening on the app, you can give these Troubleshooting steps a try. If the extra time isn't showing on your Dashboard, however, you may want to give our Appointments Team a call so that they can do some more investigating.

I have most of my services set to block of 45 minutes but it only shows 15 minutes after for extra time when client books.
