I've been using Square Bill Pay since 2024. As of last month, when I go to upload a "bill" (in my case, a sales invoice that I've used the same spreadsheet since 2024), it used to scan it and show a preview so I could fill in and double check the info. Now it is blank. Support has been no help and has no idea what I'm talking about. I've tried 3 browsers and clearing my cache. Has anyone dealt with this?
