It’s a common misconception. It makes sense, though. Sometimes things that happen in beta never go any further for one reason or another. So it’s best to keep those discussions within the group, just in case. I’ve seen it happen a few times. Also, Square doesn’t want their plans to be broadcast to the whole world, since this is a public board.
