Is there anyway to let Square know that our leadership has been changed? I got a message saying transfers have been blocked and they need information on someone who is no longer in the leadership. No option to update that information and the bot doesn't understand what I'm asking.

If you have updated your organisation's structure online, you can let our Support Team know by phone or email. They'll be able to relay the information to our Account and Services team.
If however the structure of your organisation hasn't been updated, our team won't be able to remove that person from your Square account.
