Authentication ticket mismatched

I had a popup to fill out a survey when I visited the Square Community. When I submitted the survey I received the following error:

Sometimes this happens to me when I try to respond to certain threads. Usually a refresh of the browser will help or clearing cache and cookies. Can you try these and see if it helps?
