Are the fees collected  by Square a tax deduction? 

Also, is there a report that shows what amount of fees I was assessed for a given time frame? If so, where is this located?

Are you a business?  Then they are an expense.

Dashboard>Reports>Sales Summary (Select Last year for dates)
