I'm based in Australia and wanting to create some automated email flows, but not triggered by purchase.
For example when a customer visits the website, they can input their contact info to our database, which will then trigger au automation offering them a discount off their first purchase. Can this be done? And if so, how? It seems like all the trigger options are for after a purchase is already made.
