Approved sale goes through, a few minutes later I get a msg that show either, declined or timed out? This happened a few times last Market season and it happened 2 times this past Saturday. This has lost us quite a bit of money.
With each transaction I ran the cared through and waited for it to be approved and the receipt page before sending the customer on their way. When I go to ring someone else up a few minutes later it says either payment declined to due location, payment declined retry payment, timed out, or connection error. I go to transaction and the payment is not there?

If you're using Square in a market environment, are you connecting to a Wi-Fi network or hotspot or have you just been using your mobile device's data? Wi-Fi provides a faster, and more stable processing experience with Square.
