Appointments Calendar Won't Update

For some reason I can't get my appointments calendar to save my availability update. I go in, try to update Friday appointment slots, click done, and the same old schedule is still showing. I've tried updating on different devices, logging in to only one device, even marking Friday as closed, and nothing will reset this. Any advice?

Your device(s) may need an app update - or the device software itself could be in need of updating. This page should help you ensure that everything is running the most up-to-date software. It sounds like you may have tried on both a mobile device and a computer, but if you haven't yet tried to do this from your Square Dashboard using a web browser, I recommend trying that. 

 

If you still can't update your availability, we recommend reaching out directly. If you give us a call and ask to speak with the Appointments team, our Customer Success team will be able to connect you directly with an Appointments specialist.
