my booking calendar show to my clients that want to book that I’m booked out when I know I don’t have no one booked on that day that shows all booked.

I want to make sure I am understanding correctly - Your customers are having issues scheduling appointments because it's showing that you're already booked for that time slot. Is that correct?
I'm having the same issue. My evenings show all booked when I'm not. I've checked my time zones, my staff availability and calendar settings...still no idea what's going on.
