Appointment for staff members

I have appts set so I have to approve all my appt requests. I added a staff member and made her available for clients to book online. Next thing I know I get a notification that someone had booked with her. I want control over her schedule as well. If someone requests, it should come to me as owner to approve or decline. Then once its approved,  I just want it to send her and a client a notification.  How do I accomplish this?

To be able to approve these you can do so by clicking on Appointments tab from Dashboard > Calendar & Booking and set to Appointment Preferences to business must accept or decline All Appointments Requests

 

Your staff member will not get a notification, but the client will have the accepted appointment confirmed.  Right now the ability to send a notification to the Staff member is a feature request, but if they are actively using the Google Calendar, their appointment would show up as a booked appointment.
