Appointment app keeps closing on me

We've been using the Square appointment app for a while now, but all of a sudden today it froze, and closed down. Now I cannot get it to open. I tap the icon and the Square logo pops up, then it shuts dwn again. I made sure our tablet is updated, and I made sure the app was update. Then I tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Nothing seems to work. Any tips would be appreciated!

Now the Square point of sale app is closing down on me...we use this every day with no issues until now. I'm concerned because it was my idea to switch to this software and my boss is really annoyed at me because we can't access the apps.

@ldublit That sounds really frustrating - I'm sorry! It's odd that both apps aren't working, and might indicate that there's an issue with your tablet. 

 

If you're using a compatible device, these device troubleshooting steps usually help. Powering your tablet off and then turning it back on again should also help. 

 

But if neither app is working definitely call our CS team who can invesitgate this further.
