Appointment app is not taking immediate appointments

I have my settings in the appointment app set to "none" for advance booking, meaning if there is time available  clients should be able to book immediately.  This is important since if I'm in a massage appt and there is a time slot open immediately after the one I'm in, I need it to be available for booking. Today my  employee is there. He is not booked. He is open until 230 pm. At 1245 I went in to the link like a  client would, to book an online appointment , and its showing none available until tomorrow . I tried an hour appointment which should show me 1pm-2pm which still allows for his 30 min clean up time between services. But it is not showing available.  Any ideas why?

Hmm, this is an interesting one @Sherrilynne

 

I'd surface this to our Appointment Team so they can troubleshoot your Advanced Booking setting.  Let us know how it goes in case other Sellers need an answer too!
