I don't have links to Apple Pay at checkout.
Support says it'a a "known issue" but the only solution they have offered until now is disconnect and reconnect. I have tried to connect ( disconnect, reconnect a number of times)  both with Stripe and with Square, toggling the Apple/Android pay buttons on and off but nothing has worked.

I had a look and can see that this case is being actively worked on - it pertains to the use of Google Pay & Apple Pay on Weebly sites, specifically.
I apologise for the inconvenience - our support team will follow up with you directly as soon as there are any updates.
One thing we can suggest here is that you complete the Weebly and Square merger flow and onboard to Square Online fully. This will allow you to utilise the new editor have have Google & Apple Pay accessible.
