App for customer use

Hi Everyone,

One of my customers says that he has downloaded an app to his mobile phone that gives him direct access to my webstore.

Can anyone tell me what this app is and where I can download it for my store?

Mmh, it sounds like your customer may have downloaded a browser app, such as Google Chrome or Safari on their phone. This allows you to input your website's URL and view your online shop directly. I think any browser app would allow you to do this, though!

I'd recommend asking your customer directly and hopefully, they'll be able to provide some clarity. 😊
