I've been using the waitlist feature for a bit (since Beta) and it has improved dramatically!
One issue I am still facing is upon an opportunity becoming available, my waitlist notifications have been going to everyone that fits the criteria in regards to their preferred availability not availability in my schedule.
For example I have two clients that have the same all day availability, one selected an appointment that spans one hour and one selected an appointment that spans three hours. Lets say I had a cancellation in my schedule and now have a two hour time block available. I have noticed that both clients are receiving automated notifications to schedule an appointment even though one will only be able to access the schedule since the 3 hour appointment can't be booked in a two hour time slot.
I have noticed this is actually deterring clients to utilize online booking and the waitlist feature and causing clients to reach out via email and text to book appointments which has never been an option to book appointments in the past but I understand their frustration.
Has anyone else noticed this?

I would reach out to our Appointments Team because this does seem like a glitch in the feature, but it hasn't been something I have had sellers mention yet.
