yeah, it's another saturday - so done with this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I've had square for 10 years - am about to quit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, mine goes down every saturday - guessing they are doing updates then - when I called the guy told me to try explorer instead of Chrome - he said others who are having this issue right now have had a bit better luck with that - I tried explorer and it wouldn't accept my password so that was a whole other issue - I have a full retail store - I have employees here, yes, it's saturday, but, we have to enter items into the system - this has been happening about the past month or 6 weeks - I hope they figure that some people do work on the weekend - sorry, just a bit irritated right now - hope yours comes back up

Ironically, "Lulu" told me to try chrome instead of Safari and Firefox. I refused to use chrome
